Geologist, she graduated in Geology from the University of Montreal in 1987, and she has been working for over 30 years in the mining industry in production, exploration, and management. For years, she participated to improve and promote the work ethics and knowledge she acquired from different sites where she worked.

As a production geologist and supervisor, she earned a solid experience in directing and following of mining production of various types of gold mineralization of primary metals. The elaboration and enhancement of follow-up and geological control methods and the efficiency of the working teams under her supervision prepared her to fill the position of director-general at the l’AEMQ.

Her involvements as a volunteer, in causes and activities related to helping the youth, allows her to intervene with, and to, numerous social workers from different sectors, and to put together each other’s strengths to reach the goals.
