Until February 20, MISA invites you to present your innovation project to the Quebec D-MAP Portfolio (Decarbonization – Mining, Regional Alliances, Pan-Canadian Portfolios), an initiative of the Mission Decarbonization program.

Together, let’s build a sustainable mining industry. 

Mission Decarbonization, powered by Corem and Groupe MISA, is a collaborative pan-Canadian initiative that brings together industry, research, and technology stakeholders to accelerate the transition toward a low-carbon mining industry. 

Its objective is to contribute to strengthen Canada’s position as a global leader in responsible, innovative, and competitive mining by placing decarbonization and innovation at the core of the sector’s development.

D-MAP: Building. Together.

The D-MAP initiative aims to bring together high-impact projects from innovation ecosystems across the country to build a pan-Canadian roadmap for mining decarbonization. 

Each regional portfolio, such as Quebec’s, contributes to this collective effort by assembling innovation and industrial research projects that will accelerate the adoption of low-carbon technologies and practices tailored to the realities of the Canadian mining industry. 

Innovating means daring to step off the beaten path. 

Participating in D-MAP – Quebec Portfolio means:

• Receiving support from Groupe MISA in the development of your initiative. 
• Becoming an active contributor to Canada’s pan‑Canadian mining innovation ecosystem. 
• Collaborating closely with industrial leaders on strategic projects. 
• Gaining national and international visibility. 
• Accelerating the development and adoption of low‑carbon technologies. 
• Helping shape the future of a low-carbon Canadian mining industry. 

How to submit your project to the Quebec Portfolio: 

A shared vision, a collaborative process

D-MAP stands apart from traditional calls for projects that rely on pre-defined funding. It is a collective, vision-driven approach aimed at building a strong and ambitious strategic value proposition that will serve as the foundation of the funding partnership discussions with federal government authorities. 

Projects demonstrating strong strategic alignment with the mission and objectives of D-MAP will be integrated in the Portfolio Quebec of D-MAP and will contribute directly to the pan-Canadian roadmap co-developed by all Regional Collaborators within Mission Decarbonization.
