Sarah Steinhauer

Project Manager, Mining Innovation

As a mining innovation project manager, Sarah supports companies, industrial partners and stakeholders in the development and implementation of innovation projects designed to address the current and future challenges facing the mining industry.

She holds a Master’s degree in Earth Sciences, specialising in geology, geochemistry and palaeoceanography, from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), and has over seven years’ experience in project management across the manufacturing, industrial and mining sectors. Her career has enabled her to develop solid expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary projects, engaging stakeholders and supporting organisations in the implementation of innovative solutions.

Recognised for her rigour, analytical skills and collaborative approach, Sarah helps bridge the gap between industry needs, emerging technologies and the partners required to bring projects to fruition. She is particularly interested in applied innovation, the development of collaborative projects and the adoption of solutions designed to enhance the performance and competitiveness of the mining sector.
