Coming from the financial sector, he was the first president of the Chambre de la sécurité financière and an administrator of the Bureau des Services financiers du Québec. In 2011, he joined the Association de l’exploration minière as a project director. His responsibilities include improving the regulatory framework for exploration companies and their service providers, as well as enhancing and disseminating best practices within the mining sector. The UL ECOLOGO® certification for mining exploration is a prime example of the Association’s efforts to showcase industry best practices while constantly working to improve them.
