Mrs. Paradis is an engineer in geology, and she has a master’s degree in the sciences of Earth. She is currently the vice-president, engineering, and environment at Nouveau-Monde Graphite.

Mrs. Paradis has more than 20 years of experience in mining sites restoration, project management and environmental legislation. Throughout her professional course, she offered her expertise and managed multidisciplinary teams for the company SNC-Lavalin, the Raglan mine, and the ministry of Energy and natural resources of Quebec. Doing that, she contributed to numerous studies and fieldwork concerning critical environmental infrastructures, active and abandoned mining sites restoration, the integration of the environment in engineering and the Nordic mining projects related to climate change.
