Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Int-elle Corporation

With more than 13 years of experience in the natural resources sector, Mirka has distinguished herself through her strong character, determination, and ambition. She began her career as Director of Sales for Latin America with a leading Côte-Nord company, where she was responsible for developing markets in Mexico, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, and Brazil.

In 2017, she founded Int-elle Corporation and quickly established business relationships with all major regional clients, as well as several of Latin America’s largest mining companies. Building on this success, she later launched Int-elle Construction and Int-elle Mexico to expand the company’s service offering and strengthen its position within the natural resources industry on an international scale.

Deeply committed to her community and industry, Mirka serves on other prominent boards of directors, including those of the TREQ Air Cooperative, the Port of Sept-Îles, DSIN, CICN, and the RJCCQ. On several occasions, she became the youngest woman in history to hold these positions.

A proud ambassador of Quebec’s Côte-Nord region, Mirka is recognized for her inspiring leadership and positive influence within the industry. As a true agent of change, she motivates and empowers women both locally and internationally in their entrepreneurial and professional journeys.
