Mathieu Grondin

Project manager

Mr. Grondin combines over 4 years in the mining field, notably as a human resources counsellor, as well as a project manager in mining innovation. Thanks to his itinerary, he acquired strong skills in project management and in project planning, executing and control. Mr. Grondin ensures to read the perimeter and to see the potential of each project, with the objective to bring a significant competing advantage to his customers. He ensures to assist the concerned parties with support and rigour for them to reach the realization of their projects.

Mr. Grondin’s academic course covers:

  • A bachelor’s degree in industrial relations at the University of Montreal;
  • A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in strategic project management at University Laval;
  • A “Certified Associate in Project Management” granted by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

By working closely with members of the MISA Group, Mr. Grondin wishes to position the Quebec mining industry as a key actor at the international level in the transition toward the self-contained mine.
